Your core responsibilities

• Create an engaging, inclusive learning space that builds technical skill and confidence.
• Demonstrate and supervise practical maintenance tasksfrom inspection to repairwith a relentless focus on safety.
• Partner with peers to develop and refine curriculum aligned to current industry trends.
• Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practical industry experience (excludes teaching).
• FAA A&P license strongly valued; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic approach that meets learners where they are.

Compensation and perks

• $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
• Weekends off
• Paid training to help you transition into teaching
• Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses

• Retirement matching: 50% match on the first 6% after 90 days
