G.E.D. or Equivalent

AND

Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an aircraft painter, or experience in a similar industry that demonstrates:
      1. Excellent manual dexterity
      2. Mastery of surface preparation using sanding equipment, hazardous materials, paint mixing
      3. Mastery of the use of air brush equipment, spray painting equipment

AND

Successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic aircraft painting skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites)

Required skills:

Operation of spray equipment (electrostatic spray gun)
Surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
Paint preparation and mixing in accordance with required standards and ratios

Preferred skills:

Application of paint to aircraft structures per specifications
Electrical bonding preparation

Must be open to any shift (shifts cannot be guaranteed)
