What You’ll Do

• Inspire and educate: Build an engaging, inclusive learning space that sparks curiosity and confidence in aviation maintenance.
• Hands-on training: Demonstrate real-world practices for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems and components.
• Shape the curriculum: Collaborate with education teams to refine courses and develop new content aligned with current industry trends.
• Mentor with purpose: Coach students through projects, encouraging critical thinking and inventive problem-solving.
• Lead with safety: Model and enforce safety procedures and best practices to maintain a secure learning environment.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of practical experience in aviation maintenance
• FAA A&P license preferred; if yours isn’t current, we’ll cover the cost for you to obtain it
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy for learners at different stages

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime
• Weekends OFF
• Paid Training to help you transition from technician to educator
