We are seeking a mid-level Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Crew Chief holding a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license with relevant experience on the same or equivalent aircraft types operated by our organization. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a compliance-driven aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems, including:
Airframe, engine, avionics, cabin, and communication systems
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on installed aircraft systems
Utilize maintenance tracking and recordkeeping software
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including FAA, OSHA, airport, and company requirements
Communicate effectively with team members, lead technicians, inspectors, and management
