What You'll Do as a Aircraft Technician:- Install new aircraft hardware and equipment while ensuring safe and proper operation
- Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Repair, rebuild, and replace aircraft components and parts
- Perform painting, prep work, taping, grinding, and drilling tasks
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance projects
- Inspect equipment functionality and verify repair quality
- Complete reports and documentation related to maintenance and repair activities
What You Need to Bring to the Aircraft Technician Role:- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, aviation, or technician experience preferred
- Ability to work safely in a shop and hangar environment
- Reliable transportation to Park Rapids, MN
