· Update scheduling data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or equivalent systems and publish long/short-range flying, ground, academic, and simulator training schedules

· Obtain aircraft and equipment availability from maintenance and schedule crewmembers for training, exercises, simulators, and operations

· Coordinate with Wing Scheduling and outside agencies for exercises such as RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, and Weapons School support

· Attend recurring meetings including Special Use Airspace Scheduling, Planning/Coordinating Airspace Restrictions, and Range Scheduling

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler

· Minimum 2 years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
