A day in the life
You start your shift with a quick huddle, then move from staging to the paint line, helping hang and unhang parts bound for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. An order comes in—time to unload the laser and break parts from laser-cut sheets so sub-assemblies can keep flowing. You pitch in with packing and crating for shipment, check quality against job tickets, and keep machines running smoothly by flagging issues to your lead. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work where mechanical aptitude and curiosity go a long way.

Your impact
- Support multiple production areas: paint line, laser unloading (breaking parts out of the laser-cut sheets), assembly, and other departments as directed.
- Work with minimal supervision once trained, staying adaptable as priorities shift.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and collaborative environment.

- Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
- Monitor machines and tools; report repairs or issues to your lead/supervisor.
Quality always
- Verify materials, sizes, and parts match work orders/job tickets.
- Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure they’re defect-free.
- Self-check your work and escalate unusual, defective, or difficult conditions.
- Meet defined quality standards and complete required documentation accurately.
On-time delivery
- Hang/unhang moving parts on the paint line.
- Sub-assemble per work instructions.
- Assist operators with loading and unloading.
- Pack and crate per shipping requirements.
Team culture
- Do the right thing and support teammates across departments.
- Be punctual and prepared for each scheduled shift.
What you bring
Required
- 1+ year in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment.
Preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math ability.
- High attention to detail; able to work to precise standards.
- Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Overhead crane operation experience.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and on a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
