Take the next step in your aircraft maintenance career as an A&P Mechanic in a fast-paced environment offering exposure to a growing fleet of regional aircraft.
You will perform nose-to-tail maintenance, troubleshoot aircraft systems, and make safety-critical decisions that directly support flight operations. Qualified mechanics may be eligible for location-based and military experience bonuses.
Troubleshoot aircraft systems
Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
Make timely decisions regarding aircraft safety and airworthiness
Complete maintenance functions independently after training
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Complete parts paperwork in accordance with applicable requirements
Follow all FAA, company, and manufacturer procedures
Valid FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
Ability to meet all FAA and safety requirements
Strong aircraft troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and third shift schedules
Sound judgment when working with maintenance teams and addressing aircraft safety concerns
Previous CRJ or Embraer aircraft experience
Familiarity with company and aircraft manufacturer manuals
Military aircraft maintenance experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Ability to routinely lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Must meet the requirements of a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
