Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related technical field and six or more years of progressive professional experience in manufacturing. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
Must demonstrate an detailed understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures and planning and scheduling methods as well as the ability to organize, schedule, conduct, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
