Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team at a premium airline lounge inside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while serving travelers from around the world in an upscale, first-class setting.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty menu items.
- Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining exceptional flavor and presentation.
- Produce both hot and cold dishes using classical and modern cooking techniques.
- Assist with daily food prep, batch cooking, and production planning.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Support inventory management, receiving deliveries, and kitchen organization.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely while following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist kitchen leadership by mentoring and supporting other culinary team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that exceeds health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, airport lounges, or other high-volume kitchens preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
- Excellent knife skills and experience with a variety of cooking methods.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support fellow cooks.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
