Roles & Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining:

• Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL)

• Airport visual docking guidance systems

• Passenger boarding bridge systems

• Apron Management Systems

• CCTV

• Access Control Systems (ACS)

• Physical security information management systems

• Airport operations control systems

• Data center equipment

• Lead and participate in triage activities during downtime with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working collaboratively with other teams.

• Provide incident management and analysis reports.

• Good knowledge of integrated technical management systems.

• Maintain and create documentation for training purposes.

• Maintain and create SOPs and checklists as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
