We're looking for BROC stars to join our team at our Verde kiosk inside Charleston International Airport!

At the Verde kiosk, you'll help travelers grab fresh, healthy, and delicious food on the go. Our kiosk features pre-made and pre-packaged Verde menu items, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our kiosk wouldn't be great without great team members! As a Verde Airport Team Member, you'll help create a friendly and efficient experience for every guest.

Core responsibilities include:

• Providing energetic, friendly, and welcoming service to every guest who visits the kiosk
• Greeting travelers, answering questions, and helping guests select menu items
• Learning the Verde menu and being able to confidently answer guest questions
• Selling and properly handling pre-made and pre-packaged Verde food items
• Operating the cash register and accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
• Restocking food, beverages, and other products throughout the shift
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk at all times
• Following all food safety, cleanliness, and airport procedures
• Working efficiently in a busy airport environment while providing excellent customer service
• Helping create a positive experience for travelers, even when the airport gets busy!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy interacting with others and can bring positive energy to every shift.

The ideal candidate is:

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout a shift
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
• Able to successfully complete and pass the required TSA/security background screening for airport employees
