Key Responsibilities as an Airport Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Welcome arriving passengers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Assist travelers with transportation options and pickup coordination
  • Manage passenger flow in designated transportation areas
  • Connect passengers with available drivers and transportation services
  • Provide information regarding zTrip services, fares, and travel options
  • Answer questions and assist with directions throughout the airport transportation area
  • Support passengers requiring accessibility assistance or special accommodations
  • Address customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and airport personnel
  • Maintain a positive and organized transportation environment
  • Represent zTrip with professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding customer service
