We are looking for at the New York (JFK/LGA) Airport • Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service • Well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor • Enjoy working in a diverse fast paced and fun environment • MUST be able work weekends (Saturday AND Sunday) and holidays • Able to stand or walk for long periods of time • Fluent in English • Must be 18 years of age Job Duties include • Meet and greet guests at baggage claim area. • Ensure guest is on the appropriate transfer as indicated on the manifest sheets. • Properly label the guest luggage with full name, name of the ship and cruise line, stateroom, or cabin. • Guide guests to appropriate waiting area for ground transportation or bus loading zone. • Take final head count of guests and note any issues (e, g, early flights, missing luggage/items, medical conditions) • Direct guests with missing luggage to appropriate airline representative/counter, |
