Job Summary:

 The Airport Operations Concierge (AOC) is a cross-trained crewmember responsible for delivering a seamless, safe, and elevated experience across both Above Wing and Below Wing operations. AOCs perform customer-facing and ramp-related duties, ensuring every Customer receives the effortless, personalized service JSX is known for while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities/Day in the Life Tasks:

•  Provide customers with an effortless and welcoming check-in and boarding experience, ensuring all documentation, baggage, and screening processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates, safely load/unload baggage, cargo, and amenities while maintaining on-time performance.
• Perform aircraft and lounge cleaning, restocking, and presentation duties to uphold brand and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with all security, DOT/FAA, and Company procedures while executing Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) responsibilities.
• Identify and communicate safety or operational risks immediately to leadership.
• Support irregular operations (IROP) and recovery efforts through proactive communication and teamwork.

Required:

Experience-

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Licenses & Certifications-

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-

• Remains professional, logical, and calm under pressure.
• Demonstrates vigilance and situational awareness at all times.
• Balances safety, hospitality, and operational priorities with sound judgment.
• Embodies the JSX brand by serving with warmth, efficiency, and integrity.
• Articulate and polished in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Company systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred:

Experience-

• 4 year college degree
• Prior aviation, ramp, or hospitality experience.

Licenses & Certifications-

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-

Basic Requirements:

• In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Subject to DOT/FAA pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
