Reporting to the Assistant Airport Director, the Airport Operations Supervisor-Facilities and Maintenance is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation, maintenance, and preservation of all airport facilities and building systems. The position provides direct supervision of airport maintenance and custodial personnel while overseeing preventative maintenance programs, building repairs, contractor coordination, custodial services, facility-related capital improvement projects, and related terminal operational needs. The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor ensures airport facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, functional, and customer-focused manner while supporting compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), OSHA, environmental, and County policies and procedures.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Overtime for snow operations and facility issue is required for this position which will include weekends, holidays and nights as required.
