The Airport Restroom Valet (Custodial Operations Trainee) is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and fully stocked restroom facilities. This role ensures positive customer experience by providing prompt service, upholding hygiene standards, and responding to restroom-related needs throughout assigned areas.

Duties:

• Wipe sinks, counters, and mirrors
• Address spills immediately
• Mop floors when needed
• Provide directions when asked
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Report plumbing issues, damage, or hazards
• Report issues to supervisory staff
• Place wet floor signs when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned restrooms, including stalls, sinks, floors, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
• Perform continuous restroom checks and replenishment of supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, sanitizers, feminine products, etc.)
• Monitor restroom conditions and respond promptly to spills, odors, or service requests
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Report maintenance needs such as plumbing issues, leaks, or broken fixtures
• Follow standard operating procedures related to cleaning agents, safety practices, and equipment use
• Interact professionally with customers, offering assistance when needed
• Maintain supply carts, equipment, and storage areas in an orderly manner

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

This role requires working in public restrooms, using cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintaining a professional demeanor in a customer-facing environment.
