As an AirportSecurity Officer Unarmed Patrol Documentation in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a government transportation location, helping to maintain a secure environment for travelers, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter locations, and other assigned airport property to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and public-service agencies as directed.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
