    Job Summary:

    You will be one of the first Crewmembers our Customers meet upon arrival to the station. Your priority is to provide Customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience, while also ensuring the lounge is in tip-top shape & fully stocked with amenities. Strong attention to detail is required; you are responsible to verify that all documents been properly vetted, baggage has been screened, and Customers are fit to fly. When assigned, you may be responsible for valet duties: driving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure. On-time performance is imperative in this role. Strict adherence to time/attendance, and appearance standards are required.

    Responsibilities/Day in the Life Tasks:

    •  Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of standing
    • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
    • Must be able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays and weekends
    • All Airport Services Concierges (ASC) are trained as Ground Security Coordinators (GSC)
    • Monitoring of operational environment to detect changes that affect Safety and notifying leadership as needed
    • Review and ensure compliance with all updated to policies to include, Safety Alerts, Learning Notices, changes to procedures, changes to regulatory standards and local regulatory guidance
    • Ensuring personal readiness to conduct safety-sensitive duties at all time and the proactive identification of fatigue, stress or other factors that may prevent a safe execution of duties and removing themselves from duty
    • Responsible to ensure personal compliance with all DOT requirements regarding Drug & Alcohol
    • Oversee all security protocols & processes, including but not limited to baggage & passenger screening.

    Required:

    Experience-

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 2-years customer service

    Licenses & Certifications-

    • Valid drivers license

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-

    • Remain professional, logical and level headed in all situations especially stressful situations.
    • Vigilant and aware of surroundings and circumstances and be present in the moment to recognize and act upon anything unsafe.
    • Timeline focused with a high degree of calm urgency.
    • Articulate and polished both verbally and visually.
    • Knowledge of computer systems such as google business, Microsoft Office
    • Computer Savvy

    Preferred:

    Experience-

    • 4 year college degree
    • 2 years Aviation or Airline/Airport operation experience
    • Customer Service experience working with high end clients
    • Travel Industry Experience

    Basic Requirements:

    • In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.
    • Must be able to travel often
    • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
    • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs and prolonged periods of standing in addition to walking long distances
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
    • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines
    • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors for an extended amount of time during cold/wet or hot conditions

    Starting Compensation:

    $19.25
