The Staff Management | SMX team in Seattle, WA, is now hiring full-time Air Logistics Warehouse Associates. This role is an essential part of our client's operation at WFS Express. Great pay and potential for a permanent position! Must be able to work weekends. Available shifts are listed below: + 2:00PM-10:30PM . Perks & Benefits: Casual Dress Code, Paid Training, Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance. Shifts: 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $23.17 / hour Duties: + Load and unload Express packages from air freight containers to and from semi-trucks in a widely dispersed area. + Sorting, scanning, and movement of small packages within the warehouse. + Build up / Breakdown package containers ready for outbound/inbound flights. + Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading + Operate air freight handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts) + Report on time, as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards. + Perform all functions in accordance with safety procedures and policies. + Work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather/elements, engine noise, and noxious fumes . Position Requirements: + High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent required + One year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. + Ability to read, write, and understand the English language + Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without the assistance of sight or visual aids Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Work Location: WFS -SeaTac, WA, Seatac, WA 98158. Job Types: General Labor, General Warehouse, Light Industrial, Warehouse. Industry: Warehouse/Distribution. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.17 - $23.17 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
