Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airport Crowd Control Agents at LAX International Airport.
PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
DEPARTMENT: Los Angeles (LAX)
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED: Proven customer service skills and Excellent communication skills
Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
Multi - Lingual preferred
Demonstrated collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule
Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team
Able to work varied hours
Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:
Project a clear and concise voice and fluent in English.
Answer calls and make announcements as requested.
Provide accurate information in regard to terminal/airport services in a welcoming, hospitable manner.
Actively promote retail and food and beverage offerings in the terminal
