Pay: Commission-based; $62,400 - $121,200 per year
Schedule: Ideal candidate will have open availability to work any shift during department hours
Department Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do
Learn all RV categories; tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes. Remain current on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features and advise on towing requirements.
Present purchase and finance options and store policies and all other value-added services to guests.
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track guests using store specific management system/s.
Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
May cross train to perform other duties.
What You'll Bring
Experience in RV sales
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
