Job Description
A media & entertainment company is seeking an Airtable Operations Specialist to support cross-functional teams with scalable workflow solutions and operational reporting. This fully remote role focuses on building and maintaining Airtable tools, improving process efficiency, and increasing visibility across marketing and business initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: NYC or LA
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Airtable expert for the organization
Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, and reporting dashboards
Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions
Manage campaign tracking, project intake, content workflows, approval processes, and operational reporting
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance within Airtable environments while documenting workflows and best practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations, marketing operations, business operations, project coordination, program coordination, or a similar function
Hands-on expertise with Airtable, including interfaces, automations, linked records, forms, and reporting dashboards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into operational solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting marketing, creative, content, or business operations teams
Background in media, entertainment, streaming, publishing, advertising, or digital content environments
Experience with workflow and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Workfront
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato
Experience developing operational reporting and performance metrics
