\nWe are seeking a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and integration of two key internal products: the Vendor Management Request Intake and the Contract Library. This resource will work within a scrum team environment, collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact Airtable solutions and drive integrations with other enterprise systems.
\nResponsibilities
\nConfigure, optimize, and maintain Airtable applications supporting vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows.
\nBuild and maintain Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to streamline and enhance user experience.
\nDesign and implement integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
\nCollaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to define sprint goals and deliverables.
\nTranslate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions with clean data architecture and intuitive user experiences.
\nTroubleshoot and enhance existing Airtable bases for performance, usability, and maintainability.
\nDocument configuration and integration decisions and provide knowledge transfer to internal team members.
\nBasic Qualifications
\n3–5+ years of experience in low-code/no-code platform configuration, with a strong focus on Airtable.
\nProven ability to deliver production-ready Airtable solutions in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
\nDeep understanding of Airtable formulas, automations, interfaces, and custom scripting using JavaScript within Airtable’s scripting environment.
\nExperience designing and implementing integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware.
\nStrong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\nExperience supporting vendor management or contract lifecycle tools.
\nFamiliarity with enterprise environments, data governance, and compliance practices.
\nBackground in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting.
\nEducation
\nBA/BS degree or equivalent experience
