AJO Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to support day to day configuration, deployment, and production support of a marketing technology stack. This contract to hire role will focus on executing and supporting customer journeys as the organization migrates from Oracle Responsys to Adobe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and deploy Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions in a production environment
• Build and maintain customer journeys, offers, and related components
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support for marketing operations
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into journeys
• Support operational health of Adobe Experience Platform components and integrations
• Recommend implementation best practices and improvements for reliability and scale

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Experience working within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Practical familiarity with Adobe Real Time CDP (RTCDP)
• Practical familiarity with Adobe Data Distiller
• Experience supporting marketing technology execution and production operations
• Ability to work Central Time; hybrid and onsite expectations may apply based on location
