AKM Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a talented, self motivated, and positive person to join our family. We are a family owned restaurant located in the neighborhood we live and work in; we are passionate about seasonal ingredients and delicious specials with a menu that changes frequently.

Experience working the line in all or at least most positions is required; we are happy to train given the right applicant. We are a from scratch kitchen. Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Most importantly, we are looking for the right presence and ethics, someone who shares our passion for inclusivity, hard work, and ability to pivot and grow with a business looking to make some serious moves.

This position involves creating menu items, working the line, coaching team members, quality control, ordering from our farm partners and purveyors, and maintaining our standards.
