Progressive experience in healthcare quality, compliance, risk, patient safety, infection prevention, privacy, or regulatory affairs
Previous leadership experience as a director, manager, officer, supervisor, coordinator, or comparable professional
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, quality improvement, compliance, privacy, and risk-management practices
Experience with audits, investigations, corrective action plans, surveys, accreditation, or regulatory readiness
Strong analytical, communication, education, documentation, and problem-solving skills
The ability to work collaboratively across clinical, operational, technical, Tribal, and executive departments
Experience leading quality or compliance programs across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed teams may be valuable
Experience with rural hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, FQHCs, Tribal health organizations, regional health corporations, long-term care providers, or community healthcare organizations
Experience working with Alaska Native communities, Tribal health organizations, Indian Health Service programs, or tribally operated systems may be highly valued for some opportunities
Relevant education, licensure, or certification based on the position
