What you’ll tackle

• Receive and unload tanker trucks delivering alcohol, ensuring safe connections, proper sequencing, and accurate records.
• Operate blending, batching, filtration, and transfer systems, following approved formulas, SOPs, and the daily production schedule.
• Monitor inventory and tank levels; complete documentation to support accurate production and timely lab approvals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental expectations.
• Work across teams to lift efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production goals.

Schedule

2-2-3 rotating schedule | Day shift (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM)

Must-haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, processing, or batching.
• 21+ years old.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in processing, batching, or blending operations.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, or food/beverage manufacturing standards.

Physical requirements

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
