We are looking for someone with a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.What You'll Do* Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.* Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.* Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.* Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.What We're Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:* 18 years old* Valid driver's license* State of Michigan Mechanic Certification in Front End, Suspension, and Steering Systems* 1 year of vehicle alignment experience* Customer-first mindsetPreferred Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED* ASE CertificationsPhysical Requirements:* Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 poundsWork EnvironmentThis position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
