Alignment Technician

As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert automotive repairs and will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What Youll Do

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tires high-quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

What Were Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years old
• Valid drivers license
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification
• Applicable in Michigan Only
• 1 year of vehicle alignment experience
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• ASE Certifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours Monday through Saturday with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands including extended standing and heavy lifting.
