The Dirdie Birdie is landing in Fort Worth's W 7th bar district this July an immersive, art-filled mini golf course paired with chef-driven food and craft cocktails that are as photogenic as they are delicious. From families and weekday business crowds to the late-night bar scene, everyone gets a great time here and right now, we're looking for the people to make it happen.
What We're Looking For
A clean, organized, and consistent approach to your station
Ability to execute accurately and keep pace through high-volume service
High standards for cleanliness, food safety, and FIFO
Strong sense of teamwork, communication, and accountability
Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain immediately)
Line and prep roles: prior kitchen experience preferred; dish is open to all a strong work ethic is the must
