SuperintendentLead high-impact $50M+ builds or signature interior projectsAutonomous culture with strong leadership support + growthThe Superintendents will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day site operations across interiors or ground-up construction projectsCoordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely deliveryDriving safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of constructionLeading project teams on-site, fostering collaboration and accountabilityIdentifying risks early and proactively resolving issues to maintain progressWorking closely with project management teams and stakeholdersMaintaining detailed reporting on site progress, schedule, and milestonesEnsuring projects stay aligned with budgets, specifications, and client expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
