• A valid NYS PCA or HHA Certification REQUIRED

• Availability to work in Northport/East Northport, NY

• Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends

• 8am-5pm, 9am-5pm, 3pm-11pm, or 8am-8pm

• Reliable transportation

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
