POSITION: Full Time Registered Behavior Technician RBT

QUALIFICATIONS: Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician RBT or willing to work on this certification while employed
JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Behavior Technician RBT plays a key role in supporting students behavioral, social, and educational growth under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA or other qualified professional. This position involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans BIPs, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and fostering the development of communication independence and self-regulation skills. The RBT works collaboratively with teachers, pupil services staff, and families to promote positive behavior, inclusion, and meaningful student progress.
