POSITION

Substitute School Nurse (All schools) RNs or LPNs

SALARY

$31.83 per hour

No benefits offered. Position is "as needed" for daily openings.

JOB DUTIES

• Monitoring and caring for students with a vast array of illnesses and conditions, including but not limited to:
• Diabetes, with and without insulin pumps
• Routine care of colds, illnesses, allergies (including anaphylactic allergies);
• Emergency care/injuries/first aid
• Daily medications
• Working with mental health and special education staff to assist students with various needs

QUALIFICATIONS Must have current CT RN or LPN license and be CPR/AED certified.

Must have at least one year full-time working experience within the

last 5 years prior to application.
