All Shifts - Operators, Packers, Catchers & Production Leads

ILS Gummies is currently hiring for multiple manufacturing opportunities across our Packaging and Depositing departments. We are looking for reliable team members who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment.

Available Positions & Pay

Packaging Packers / Operators $15.00/hourResponsible for packaging finished products, performing quality checks, following packaging instructions, and maintaining GMP standards.

Depositing Catchers / Production Catchers $15.00/hourResponsible for supporting the depositing process, monitoring product flow, assisting with production activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Machine Operators (Depositing Department) $17.00–$19.00/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)Responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, including Acepak machines, cookers, and hoppers. We are looking for candidates with manufacturing experience who can operate equipment safely, troubleshoot basic issues, work independently, and maintain production goals.

Production Leads $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)Bilingual English/Spanish requiredResponsible for supporting daily production activities, leading team members, ensuring safety and quality standards, training employees, and helping meet production goals.

Available Shifts

Schedules vary by department:

1st Shift

• Start times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM

2nd Shift

• Start times: 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM

3rd Shift

• Start times: 9:00 PM or 9:30 PM

Our regular work schedule is Monday through Friday. Saturday work and overtime may be available based on business needs but are not guaranteed.

Hiring Process

1. A brief 10–15 minute phone screening to discuss your experience, availability, and the position.
2. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to an on-site interview with our Operations Manager.
3. Candidates selected to continue in the hiring process will complete a background check and drug screening.
