Job Description

Summary: Bridge Defense is seeking an All-Source Analyst for a full-time salaried position supporting an Intelligence Community partner.

 

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

·        Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).

·        Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings.

·        Experience with briefing senior military and government officials.

·        Active TS/SCI clearance (preference will be given to candidates with an in-scope CI poly).

·        HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis.

  • Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards.

 

Desired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean.
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Critical thinker with strong technical skills, diagnostic skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills to negotiate direction, drive projects and projects to successful conclusion and deliver knowledge to team members verbally and via clear designs, runbooks and technical engineering and exchange sessions.
  • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, collaborative and motivated to champion continuous improvement.
  • Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support resolution of problems.
  • Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity.
  • Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.

 

Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance (with current/in-scop CI Poly, or willingness to sit for CI Poly)

Location: Joint Base Anacostia Bolling; On-Site

Salary Range: 80K - 100K

 

General Factors:

  • Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
  • No Relocation.
  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
