All Source Analyst - SME

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst with cyber & information warfare (IW) experience to manage and lead our team at Lackland AFB supporting 16^th Air Force (16 AF).  The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, data analytics, and IW support to the 16 AF leadership, Operations Center, and subordinate units to help solve complex problems for warfighters worldwide. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support subordinate mission objectives.  This individual will be the Peraton’s Customer Point of Contact to 16 AF and supervise subordinate Mission Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making. 
• Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products, and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units. 
• Assist ACC in development and fielding of information-centric decision-making technology, TTP, and training to maximize analytical opportunities with AF, Joint, DoD, and other data sources by integrating IC and industry data science applications that improve the collection, analysis, and production tradecraft and tools to automate and streamline labor-intensive processes. 
• Guide and direct the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission. 
• Monitor organizational compliance and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and Wing customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. 
• Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. 
• Provide direction and guidance to ACC/A2 aligned Analytic Facilitators. 
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines. 
• Travel may be required (Up to 15%)

Required Qualifications: 

Required Experience / Education: 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 8 years with Phd

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
• Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
• Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
• Strong understanding of the mission for the 16 AF and subordinate units. 

Skills:

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygraph is required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at Number Air Force or Air Operation Center level(s).
• Knowledge of multi-domain/cross-domain operational planning.
• Proficiency with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
