1 All -Terrain Forklift Operator Job Overview : As an experienced All-Terrain Forklift Operator , you will be responsible for operating rough -terrain forklifts (telehandlers) to move , load, and stage heavy materials in outd oor environments with uneven ground. Thi s position plays a key role in ensuring materials are delivered to the correct locations safely and on time while maintaining complian ce with all safety s tandards . Responsibilities: • Operate all-terrain forklifts to transport and position materials such as steel pipe, ductwork, and other consumables for goods associated with mechanical systems. • Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections; report maintenance needs promptly. • Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times. • Coordinate with foremen and site teams to ensure timely material delivery. • Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with load capacity requirements. • Support general site duties when equipment operation is not required. • May o perate other company provided vehicles from time to time. Qualifications/Requirement s: • Current forklift certification ( rough terrain /telehandler endorsement required). • 2-3 years of forklift operation experience in construction or industrial settings. • Strong knowledge of safety practices, load limits, and site logistics. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Regular and punctual attendance . • Complies and promotes company Safety Policy. • A clean driving record is a must . • OSHA 10 or other relevant safety certification is preferred . • High school diploma or GED (preferred ), Work environment is field based . Requires walking, standing, and a bility to squat, bend, climb, stoop and comfortably lift 50 lbs. and climb in/out of forklift cab frequently. May require travel between project sites. Additional Requirement: Ability to pass a full background screening that includes a criminal background, drug test, driving record, and physical ability test.
