Alliance Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager for a 1-year contract to drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across key pharmaceutical partnerships. You will work alongside internal account leadership to lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure top-tier alliance performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account scope.
• Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts.
• Facilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance health.
• Address partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnostics.
• Bachelor"s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga.
• CA-AM or CSAP certification.

Work Environment

This is a remote position for an experienced Alliance Manager. The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams virtually to achieve strategic objectives. The work environment encourages proactive communication and problem-solving to navigate complex partnerships.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oro Valley, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
