Salary Range: $37000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Explain complex insurance policy details in a clear and understandable manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.

Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency.

Stay updated on new products, services, and industry regulations.

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Bilingual

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
