We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to support and manage an existing book of business. This role is centered on servicing clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring policies are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client needs. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication in a professional manner
  • Service existing policies including updates, quotes, payments, and documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding new and existing policies
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the agency management system
  • Review client needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Support retention through proactive service and relationship management

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Prior customer service or insurance experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented, and professional attitude
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and agency systems
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
