Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new insurance sales across personal and/or commercial lines
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Lead by example in prospecting activities, sales techniques, and compliance standards
Requirements:
Active state insurance license P&C
Proven track record in insurance sales or a related financial services role
Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Proficiency with CRM software and basic office technology
High school diploma required
