We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing agency. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to clients, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to strengthening long-term client relationships. - Fully in-office for initial 6 month training/onboarding period then opening up to a hybrid remote schedule with flexibility

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist them in understanding insurance options
- Provide accurate information on products and policies tailored to client needs
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client database management
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver five-star service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work culture
Requirements
- Property and Casualty Insurance license, or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
