Were seeking a Insurance Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound client interactions, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to the agency's overall growth. This in-office role combines customer service and sales, where you will manage a high volume of inbound calls, provide support, and naturally transition conversations into coverage recommendations. Responsibilities
  • Handle 25-30 inbound calls daily assisting with service-related needs
  • Provide excellent customer service across billing, policy changes, and general inquiries
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client interactions
  • Ask questions to uncover coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Transition service conversations into sales opportunities when appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to support sales and client needs

Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines Licenses is a Plus, or must obtain before start (Licensing Assistance provided)
  • Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help clients
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable introducing additional products and making recommendations
  • Coachable and open to learning sales techniques
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
