Salary Range: $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
• Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless policy issuance and client onboarding.
• Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous Allstate experience is preferred.
• Expectation of 150+ outbound calls per day.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a strong client-first approach.
• Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
