Position Summary
Responsible for understanding & representing the "voice of the customer" inside of Alltrista. This includes all aspects of ensuring customer satisfaction including quotations, samples, and order fulfillment.
Primary Functions

Accountable for receiving and entering customer purchase orders (written), process customer invoicing, provide
product pricing, process sample request, process RMAs, initiate CAPAs and provide order status for the customer.

Efficiently maintains the Customer Order Schedule using the appropriate tools available including business software and production monitoring software.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Also
attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggestion information about other products and services.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies implemented by the Director of Customer Care.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the
problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
*
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
*
Communicate any changes to the customer and the appropriate internal personnel.
*
Build, maintain, & establish relationships with customers. Also, facilitate CSI. (Customer Service Index).

Establish and maintain "Safety and Housekeeping". Maintains enforcement of and compliance with policy and procedures to ensure that the results conform to planned and/or desired results and to assure a safe working
environment is maintained. Establish and maintain "Safety and Housekeeping" to achieve Alltrista's vision of
safety and a "dazzlingly clean" work environment.
Secondary Functions
