Job Summary:
Role: As a Maintenance/cleaning staff member, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue while engaging with attendees to address their needs before, during, and after the event. Your attention to detail and customer service skills contribute to creating a positive experience for all patrons. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest.
Job Functions:
vKeep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing areas free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
vKeep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
vProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
v Participate in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
vPartner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
vPerform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
vPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
vRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
vDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
vPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
vPerform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
vUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
vDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
vComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
vPerform all other duties as assigned or needed by Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Operations Manager.
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour

vRequires a high school diploma/GED and maintenance experience.
vMust be highly motivated and able to work independently.

vExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
vPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more
