About the Role: Join ADVENTURES ONE INC as an Alternate Assisted Living Facility Manager in a rewarding live-in position! This role offers you the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team while providing compassionate care to our residents in Capitol Heights, MD.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies in all aspects of facility management.
Maintain open communication with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Coordinate activities and programs to promote residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
Medication administration and supervise residents' daily living activities as needed.
Conduct regular facility inspections and implement improvements to enhance safety and comfort.
Requirements:
Proven experience in assisted living or healthcare, preferably in a live-in capacity.
Valid and Current Medication Technician Certification.
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and families.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for providing quality care to seniors.
Ability to handle emergencies and make critical decisions.
Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in assisted living.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules of the facility.
