Alternative Investments Associates support investment teams by sourcing, analyzing, and managing investments in non-traditional asset classes. Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support portfolio strategy
Assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and investment documentation
Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, and capital deployment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and optimize capital allocation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Strong understanding of alternative investments, capital markets, and investment analysis
Experience or coursework in private equity, hedge funds, credit, real estate, or asset management (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or data management tools; familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA is a plus
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting
